Superpower Membership (Baseline Blood Panel)

Superpower

Annual blood-testing membership built around Superpower's Baseline Blood Panel: a 100+ biomarker blood and urine panel, then a 50+ biomarker retest later in the year (Superpower: '150+ biomarkers across your baseline + retest'). Draws are at 2,000+ Quest locations (a BioReference version serves New York and New Jersey) or at home for a fee. The membership also includes an app dashboard with a biological age and health scores, an AI assistant, a care team, and member pricing in a marketplace for add-on tests, supplements and prescriptions. Price: $349/year (checked Oct 3, 2026); at-home draw +$119; Superpower says pricing may vary in New York and New Jersey, and its comparison page lists +$250 for state fees there. Lab and regulatory: Superpower says all panels are processed through CLIA-certified labs and that most markers use FDA-cleared assays; calculated ratios and any lab-developed (LC/MS) tests are not FDA-cleared, and results are not a stand-alone diagnosis. Results in about 1 week (up to 10 days). Availability: US only; Superpower's FAQ says it is not yet available in Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota or Wyoming (another state list on its homepage differs, so check at sign-up). Cancel anytime with no fees (membership stays active to the end of the paid year); Superpower's FAQ says it does not offer refunds. HSA/FSA eligible. Evidence grade: C. Most markers are standard lab assays, but no trial has shown that a broad consumer lab panel like this improves health outcomes; a Cochrane review of general health checks in adults found little or no effect on mortality or morbidity. Goals: longevity, heart health, metabolic health. Directory: Testing & Diagnostics > Blood panels & memberships.
